Quality control is essential to our production process. All alloys are constantly monitored for a proper chemical composition during the melting and pouring. Parts then go through a battery of cutting, cleaning, grinding and sanding to remove rough edges. Century offers machining, heat-treating, anodizing, polishing and chrome plating to enhance the value of your product.

Precision

With an initial blueprint and specifications, Century's pattern-makers can craft a part to exact dimensions. Patterns are then carefully stored and labeled to ensure quality repeat runs.

Century's SurfCam CAD programs offer another way for customer specifications to be transformed into finished parts. After manufacturing is complete, the Brown and Sharpe coordinate measuring machine, pictured at right, assures results to a thousandth of an inch.
